WORKING with ELLI

WORKING with ELLI is as simple as 1,2,3

  1. ALL USERS (new and present clients)
    • Register to claim their 2 FREE introductory profiles
    • Set a memorable password (present users need to re-set their passwords because the system has just been updated)
  2. NEW USERS
    • Introduce themselves and their participating students to the 7 dimensions and their meanings, the raw building blocks that define Learning Power
    • Help is at hand if needed: learn@elli.global
    • Appoint an internal ‘ELLI Champion’ who will brief other teachers or team leaders if obtaining an ELLI License
    • Appoint an internal ‘Administrator’ who will register participating students and work with the Helpline as necessary
  3. Select the 2 students to participate in the FREE Trial and enable their self-directed completion of the on-line questionnaire (the Effective Lifelong Learning Inventory)
    • Work with the students to read the resulting Spidergraphic’s messaging
    • Obtain the ELLI License
  4. Arrange a teacher/team leader ELLI briefing
  5. The Administrator registers student participants and makes the on-line questionnaire available to them (the site is 100% secure, can only be viewed by the Administrator and members of the ELLI team and all student outcomes are anonymized). ELLI is available on any technical platform.

  6. In Summary:

    Input: students answer an on-line questionnaire using their well-practised on-line skills, are excited to be doing something with an immediate result, don’t have to think about too much and with only 4 possible, repeated answers, to every question · very like me · quite like me · a little like me · not like me.

    Output: an immediate, but simple, spidergraphic with a student-friendly single page explanation. Students can then have fun comparing notes with one another.
